On July 13-14, a workshop jointly sponsored by the University of Maryland, College Park and Tel Aviv University will take place at TAU on the topic of “Israel and Europe: Probing Mutual Perceptions and Interpretations in the Diplomatic Archives, 1948-1990.” We are writing to request paper proposals on the topic. The organizers of the workshop are Professor Raanan Rein and Dr. Roni Stauber of Tel Aviv University and Professor Jeffrey Herf, of the University of Maryland, College Park.
